NHS SBS Framework Agreement

We are pleased to announce that following a stringent and testing tender process, Telehealth Solutions Ltd have been awarded onto Lot 3 of the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS) Framework Agreement. 

We are delighted to offer the following products and services under this framework:

  • HomePod

This enables and supports patients to self-monitor their long-term condition. It is suitable for use in early discharge or virtual ward schemes, or for the delivery of rehabilitation programmes.

  • HealthCheckPod

This is best used in a community environment, such as a pharmacy. Patients can use the device to answer questionnaires and submit data for protocols, which are fed direct to GP surgeries. Allowing results to be reviewed without having to visit the doctor.

  • CareHomePod

The service is designed to monitor patients within a multi resident environment. It will also facilitate support staff to work with their local clinicians to provide remote clinical support including a video link for patient consultations when required.

  • SurgeryPod 2

SurgeryPod 2 is a user-friendly system designed to aid patients and clinicians to collect data and monitor physical and psychological information

  • Clinical Triage Services

Our team of specialist nurses and the commissioner’s respective pathways are integrated to ensure that the best possible patient centred care is delivered on a daily basis keeping the patient healthier for longer in their own home but also empowering them to understand their condition supporting a self-management strategy
