Microtech Group are working hard to assist our NHS customer base who have been impacted as a result of the large scale Cyber-attack that was first reported on Friday last week. Microtech Group’s own internal systems remain unaffected by the cyber-attacks and at present there is no evidence to suggest our other public sector or private sector customers have been affected. Never the less, the Microtech Support department are taking additional proactive steps to ensure both our own systems and our customers are secure in preparation for any further global attacks.
Please note as a result of this global incident, we are experiencing a very high volume of support calls simultaneously and are working through priority incidents to ensure access is restored to any systems that may be down. Your patience and support whilst these issues are addressed is much appreciated.
