Home pod won't log on when entering pin number

Home pod will let me do a test but won't send results and history won't load

Restart the home pod which will then reload the app.

File not removing after being filed

Follow these steps:

  1. Go into Batch Manager or File Documents
  2. Go to Filing along the top
  3. Make sure Remove after filing is ticked

0 error in cscan

Requires a power down cycle. Always start scanner before starting PC.

Duplicate patient in DocMan with different reference numbers

Contact clinical provider as Microtech cannot correct this problem.
