An additional service no company should be without.

Regular monthly visits by our Additional Service team allow us to deliver a Pro-Active service to our customers. Using this method we can apply current service packs, critical updates and check Anti virus programs thus averting possible threats. In addition we perform a test restore of the server data, this ensures that in the event of a system crash or server fail data currently being backed up is complete and the system is able to be brought back on line with minimum disruption. Any issues that are highlighted during the A/S visit will be passed to our Service Desk to rectify and give advice on solutions.
