What we do

Microtech Support has continually grown in the last few years to become one of the largest Professional IT Support and Maintenance Companies in the West of Scotland. As the sole Scottish distributor of the Document Management System, DocMan, Microtech were awarded the National Contract to supply and support DocMan in all GP practices in Scotland and have now installed and currently support DocMan in over 1,000 GP practices. In addition to this Microtech also provides IT Support Services to 10 of the 15 Health Boards throughout Scotland.

The companies’ expansion has lead to heavy investment in support facilities and staff and now offers a fully manned Service Desk and over 15 Field Engineers who can attend sites anywhere in Scotland.

Microtech Support can offer customised support solutions for small and large companies based on specified customers needs from installing applications, networking and security to “Total Cover Maintenance.”
